ORANGE FESTIVAL IN BELFAST
NO COMTEK-DEMONSTRATIONS. London, July 13. Belfast kept holiday at tho week-cud in honour of the -great Orange festival. The celebrations wero on pre-war lines for tho first timo during tho war. Humours of a counter-demonstration proved to bo without foundation.
