Expect unsettled, squally, and much colder conditions, with heavy'ohowers generally and enow on higher levels. Tho barometer has fallen steadily since Saturday, and in now extremely low. Strong and equally N.W. to S.W. winds have prevailed, and the weather has been unsettled crenorally, with rain at times in most parts of the country.
