t H55 SAMPLES ANALYSED. Iu tho course of his annunl report the ~ municipal milk inspector (itr. F. \Y. 0 Bawlinson) said: "The totnl number of j samples taken by me for tho purpose of 0 analysis are H55. Out of this number 3862 complied with the regulations under the Sale of Pood and Drugs Act, and S3 failed to comply and wo iniulo up ns follow: 12 samples contained added water, ~ one being to the extent 0f.50 per cent.; n 35 samples were deficient in fat; 20 A samples were dirty; 24 samples wore s stale: one snmple was eliniy; one .^anipie el contained added preservative.
