Sir,—ln a speech published in The Dominion this inoruiug, delivered by Archbishop O'Shoa, he says: "For in the interval the abuses that then existed have- increased in an alarming extent. The profiteering, tlio hypocrisy, the dishonoaty of Governments and rulers, and the unworthy rich who havo climbed into power iind influence in all countries have been worse than ever." In this statement, no doubt, His Grace includes all New Zealand. Would you kindly allow me to ask him: Who he refers to? "Is it Sir Joseph Ward's Government or Mr. Massey'a Government, or the National Government? Then, as to rulers: Does ho include our beloved King George V?
