ITALIAN CRIMINALS FOB SINKING A DREADNOUGHT. London, July 11. The "Daily Chronicle's" Home 'correspondent reports that n court-martial has begun, at which four Italians—Carpi, Mosehini, Azzpni; and Burlolini—nro charged with blowing up Iho battleship Benedetto Brin in September, ISIS, at Brindisi, with tlio loss of 6'lG of the crew. The evidence shows that inquiry covering six months was without result, l>lll in May, 191.0. an Italian spy named Molotti, who was formerly ill the Austrian secret service, revealed n -plot between Fonsor, a German official, and Ihe German proprietor of a fashionable hotel in Venice. These two received JMOOfI each to organise the outrage. They enlisted the services of the four accused, threo of whom were members' of the crew of the battleship.
