Press Agency's correspondent at Stockholm states thnt the assassination of General von Mirbach is only (he first step of a plot by Kussian terrorists to wipe out the whole of the German military-clique. The plot included the sending of emissaries to Germany to kill the Kaiser, von Ludendorff, von Ilindenbiirg, and von Kuhlmann. It is believed that the Bolshoviki have formed a definite alliance with, Germany against fhe Entente and against internal Russian opposition. There is evidence that other parties arc uniting with the MehsJicriks (Minimalists) against this Bclsheviki.—Aiis.-N.Z. Ca.ble Assn. VON MIRBACH HEARD SOME HOME TRUTHS. . Stockholm, July 11. Russian newspaper reports of the Soviet Congress on July 4 show that Genoral von Mirbach was present, when u Ukrainian delegate, in' a violent speech, protested against the .Government tolerating Mirbach. The Social Revolutionaries cheered the speech, shouting "Down with Brest!" and "Dowujvilh Mirbach!" and finally withdrew as a protest.—A us.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
