ADDRESS BY GENERAL BOTHA. (Rec. July 12, 11.-15 p..m) ■ Pretoria, July 11. General Botha, in accordance with his promise, met a representative gathering of natives, who voiced -their grievances. These were largely economic, the cost of living, and compensation for death and disablement. General Botha oxpressed his intention of fully considering the representations, on receiupt of a report from the Commissioner appointed to investigate the grievances.—Renter.
