Half a dray load of material fell ! about 30 feet, striking Cotton. There was ovideuco that tho accident aroso through uonobservance of tho regulations under tho Stone Quarries Act, but it was not advisable for him lo say more about that then. A verdict was rnl.nrned that death was due to injuries sustained by being struck on tho head by a stone fall- j ing from the quarry fare.
