METHODIST CIRCUIT MEETINGS

TARANAKI STREET. Tho I'aranaki Street Circuit quarterly meeting was hold on Tuesday evening last, and was presided over by the Eev. J. G. Chapman. The Rev. J. H. White And forty officials wore present. A rcviow of the various depxrt'uente of church work showed them to be in a vigorous condition. Membership returns, allowing for tho usual fluctuations, tolnained the same aa last quarter. Tho attendance at public worship was well maintained. The balance-sheet showed a credit on tho quarter of .£ls, with a circuit credit of .4219. Satisfaction was expressed at tho buoyancy of (he funds.
