Court. Yesterday afternoon His Honour the Chief Justice, His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman, and His Honour Mr. Justice Herdman heard argument on the law points, and reserved their decision. Mr. M. Myers appeared for tho appellants and Mr. J. Prendevilie, of thn Crown Law Office, for the Crown.
