By Telegraph—Press Association Grcymouth, July 10. The jnbilco of tho Borough of Greymouth falls on July IG. In view of the fad that the Boroiigh Council has decided to postpone the celebration of the , jubilee indefinitely, tho Old Boys' Association stepped into the- breach, and has invited all tho pioneers to attend a function on Tuesday afternoon, and evening. A jnbilco holiday will be declared, all tho West Coast bands will be in attendance, and speeches appropriate to the occasion will be delivered. The celebration is being taken up with great enthusiasm by the residents of Greyraouth, old aud yoimg.
