Tho Princess Mary Hospital for Children, erected by the Auckland Hospital Board at a cost of .11211,000, was formally t opened to-day by the Counters of Liver- ! pool. I The Hon. G. IV- Busscll (Minister of Hospitals) delivered a speech,-emphasis-ing tho necessity for conserving the health of the children. The new hospital is a handsome building of four largo wards and ten smaller wards for isolation and observation case*, accommodating seventy patients. This can bo increased to make provision for a hundred. Tho appointments aro most up to date.
