THE JUNE El'TOllT. London, July 3. 'L'ho Admiralty announces that HW.IM tons of meehantmen wore completed in •tin; United Kingdom during June, compared with 1117,271 in May. Tho total lor tho year ending Juno 30 is 1,431,150 toM. The Controller of Merchant Shipbuilding, commenting on the figures, says it is encouraging to nolo that tho tonnage of merchantmen con.pleled in the United Kingdom in tho quarter ended June 30 shows an increase of 78 per cent, over tho output in tho corresponding quarter of 19i7.-Ans.-N.21.
