CITY MAYORS CO-OPERATING. jn yesterday's Dominion , it was slated that the Mayor of Wellington (Mr. J. l>. Luke), who is tlie chairman of the committee governing "Now Zealand's Tribute to Franco," had communicated with the Mayors of all the other centres soliciting thoir interest in the Dominionwido movement now under way to raise iuuds for tho French Red Cross and other needy French patriotic funds. Yeslerday Mr. Lnko received replies from the ihraj centres, which indicate that the appeal is going forward successfully. Tho Mayor of Clirislclnirch (Mr. If.
