STATEMENT BY MR. BONAR LAW. (Rec. July 3, 7.45 p.m.) London, July 2. In tho House of Commons, replying to Mr. IT. P. Croft, Mr. Bonar Law said Unit tho question as to tho best methods of securing command of the essential raw materials produced within tho Empire _ with a. view to ■ safeguarding tho £in{>iro and tho Allies during tho reconstruction period had been considered by the Imperial War Conference, which ha.l arrived at important decisions, on which ho hoped to form the basis for discussion with the Allies, and so lead to the co-operation desired.—Keuter.
