SAILOR S' FRIEND SOCIETY
The concert arranged by Misses K. Ifa-: ton and It. Lambert, and given at the iSnilors' Friend Society was much enjoyed. Items wero contributed by tho Misses A. AV. Lattell, Oughton, Exton, llggingto!., Lambert, Koncy, aiid_ Eileen Lambert, and Messrs James, Tairo and Moroney. The Misses Lambert. Exton and A.W. Kettell were at the piano. A motion of congratulation and sympathy was moved with the passengers and crew of tho s.s. Wimniera, and a telegram was dispatched to the effect. Mr. .Mooro, missiouor, was in the chair. The competitions wero a great 6uccess. The prizes were donated by the hostesses.
