The annual report of the lielburn Howling Club congratulates members on the condition of the club's finances. For the third year in succession the overdraft lias been reduced, on this occasion by Hfl 10s. lid., bringing the amount to lis. ;id„ and thus attaining tho goal which ilie directors last year suggested that the ollicers fur the ensuing year aiionld set themselves, viz., the reduction of the overdraft to a figure.below JMOO. This happy condition of affairs is largely Hue lo increased membership combined with careful management. The membership of all who arc called to tlio service of their country is to be preserved until their i'otuni without' payment of subscription.
