FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications arc for unsottlcd and squally weather with strong westerly winds, hacking to eoutlicrliCß soon. Further rain is probable generally, heavy in many parts, enow on higher levels, and much colder conditions may bo expected. A westorly disturbance has enveloped the Dominion, and southerly, breezes havo given place to freshening westerlies and norlheiiica sinco last evening.
