Sales: Talisman Consolidated, 9a. fid.; Northern Steams, paid up, lis. 9d., contributing 7s. 6d.; Auckland Gas, 28s. WAIEI COMPANY. ' Auckland, Juno 27. The Waihi Company, for the period ended June 15, treated 15,936 tons or ore. for a return valued at £20,128, a decrease of £1360 compared with last year, when 16,077 tons yielded £27,4011. The total won from the mine is now £11,990,905, and the dividends declared total £5,0i'8,522. WAIHI GBAND JUNCTION. •During the period ended June 15, tlio Waihi Grand Junction treated 5190 tons of ore for a return of £3066. Compared with last year, when 9720 tons Yielded £17,524, this is a decrease of £9458. The total won from the mine to (late is £1,701,071. and the dividends paid total £260,000. TALISMAN DIVIDEND. The directors or the Talisman Consolidated have declared a dividend of Is. per share, payable on July 22.
