Tho Imperial Conference lias disposed of the question of German trade after tho war, the Dominion representatives unanimously supporting .Mr. Hughes on the need for Strang lcgiskitivu action, I'.nd the British Ministers concurring. A resolution embodying Jlr. Hughes's policy was adopted. Tho conference agreed that eacli part of tho Empire should liavo a free hand in enacting :-fs policy. The Irish question has not yet boon discussed. It is still doubtful if it will be brought up. Tho Dominion roprrspn tatives wo visiting Versailles shortly and will meet the Allied statesmen.— United Service.
