The position of tho Bolshevik Government is daily becoming more difficult. The Czscho-Slovaks have overturned the Bolsheviki everywhere in Siberia, except vtosilwards of Tomsk, where the Bolsheviki, helped by the Magyar and German prisoners, have beaten a Semonoff detachment across the Manchtirian border.
