NEW FEELING IN IRELAND ' STATEMENT BY LEADER OF NATIONALISTS London, June 25. Mr. A. Lynch, Nationalist M.P. for Clave, has accepted a commission as colonel, and has proceeded to Ireland to take part in "the recruiting campaign. Mr. J. Dillon, in an interview with his pa(rty shortly after returning to Westminster, admitted that events in Ireland had enormously weakened the power of the Irish Party.
