FRYING-PAN FLAT ACTCTO. By Tolograph-Prees Association Rotorua, June 2<i, An eruption took place at Frying-Pan Flat, Waimnnju, this afternoon. Tho water on tho flat rose considerably, and an outlet was cut in the bank to let it off, but a shoot 2000 feet high occurred at 3.15 o'clock, and was followed by half a. dozen smaller Bhoots. These, wore in the flat, the old geyser being in aciivo eruption. The activity is now appareutly decreasing,
