PRINCE PLACED UNDER RESTRAINT KAISER'S ACTION CAUSES INDIGNATION (Ecc. June 23, 5.5 p.in.) Amsterdam, Juno 22. The Kaiser has won a sensational lansuit allowing liini to place his nephew, Princo.
