WASTAGE OF COAL. STARTLING .RESULTS OF .RECENT TESTS. Experiments niudo some days ago proved that fully 50 pDr cent, of Uio coal wo burn is wasted. Ono of the tests was this: Two equal quantities of coal were taken, and one was treated with tho British chemical preparation, Savon Tlio ordinary eoal burned for 1 hour -10 minutes. The Saveo-sprinklcd coal lasted 2 hours 30 minutes. And tho Saveo fire, was brighter and hotter, and was almost smokeless. This clearly show's what a splendid cconomisor of' fuel is fiavoo. No wonder it has been called "Tho National Coal Savor." By regularly using Saveo a householder can easily savo Jt!3 and morn on coal in tho course of a twelvemonth And Saveo costs only sixpenco a packet —enough to treat kwt. of coal, coke, or 6lack.
