AMERICA'S GREAT EFFORT FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY. Washington, Juno 19. The Emergency Fleet Corporation will celebrato the Fourth of July by, "the grandest splash/' Mr.-Hurley, chairman of the Federal Shipping Board, says that • tho shipyards on the Atlantic and Pacific Coasts, in the Gulf of Mexico, and on the Great Lakes, aro preparing for tho launching of new ships oh that date.
