Reade and Coward, two British aviators, wero bombing Zeobruggo when their motor failed and their oil tank sprang a leak. They managed to reach Holland, whoro they we're interned. They state that Zeobruggo is completely blocked. Tho Germans work night and day to clear tho passage, but tho British nightly demolish tho work done. The Germans aro afraid to blow up tho ceriiont-iilled ships lest they also blow up tho sluices. No submarines can entor or leave Zeobruggo. Tho blockade of Ostend isi not completed, but is giving the Germans tho greatest trouble—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
