All efforts to refloat lier 60 far : liavo failed. The steamer Induna has been dispatched from Sydney to assist in the salving ojwations. Miss Roardon, of AVilton, Khyber Pass Koad, Auckland, was a passenger by the llakauibo. Sho was drowned, supposedly l>,v the upsetting of . a Ixiat in tlio surf while tlio passengers . wore being landed. She was returning from a holiday trip to Norfolk Island.— j Press Assn. !
