i MINISTERS MEET THE OWNERS. Members of the Ministry, Sir James Allen the Hon. W. D. S. Mac Donald, the Hon. W. H. Hemes, and the Hon. A. M. Myers, had an interview yesterday with 'the executive of tho Coal Mine Owners' Association regarding the proposed conference between the mine owners and the miners to receivo demands by the union for increased wages. It is understood that no decisions of importance were! made.
