OUTLOOK IN IRELAND SERIOUS
SINN FEIN INTIMIDATION (Koc. Juno 18, 7.45 p.m.) London, .Time IV. The "Times" Dublin correspondent slates that the condition of Ireland is really serious. The Sinn Feiners are thoroughly intimidating the public over largo areas, and rendering the administration of the law farcical. Mr. .Devlin, speaking at East Cavan, said that owing to the Sinn Fein propaganda the Constitution had been suspended in Ireland, and a military governor installed. The ascendancy party was moro strongly entrenched at Dublin Castlo than at any time in the last fifty years.—"The Times."-
