BAYSWATER TRAM FATALITY

By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, June 18. The victim of the Bayswater tram fatality on Monday night was Georgo Low, aged eighty years, a retired settler of Northcotc. Evidence at th'O inquest showed that deceased was troubled with loss of memory, and often wandered. The driver of the engine stated that deceased rushed out of the scrub at the side of the road in front of the engine, being four feet distant jrhon first seen. A verdict of accidental death was returned, 110 blame being attachable to the driver.
