Tho judges of tho cheeso (members of the stall' of the Dairy Division of tho Detiarlment of Agriculture) made tho following statement:—The -quality of the, cheese was well up to show standard. 'The winning exhibits were hard to separate, and were of very fine quality.: -Body and texture wtn generally ■uniform. The aupearanco of the chcese left little t<; ho ilesireii. The cheese was freo from mould, indicating good attention and rare at the liands of the Waßganm i'isc-/.ing Company, at whose works it was stored.
