Mr. R. jl Bligh (White Cross League lecturer) gave an address on "Social Purity" before a largo audience of men nt the Y.M.C.A. rooms on Sunday altornoon. Thirty visitors and soldiers were welcomed at the strangers' tea. Eighty-nine soldiers were entertained at the after-church supper and song-service. At tho main Y.M.C.A. in Willis Street, ouo hundred and sixty-five l>eds were supplied and three hundred and olevon meals Berved to soldiers over the week-end.
