GERMAN SHIPS SEIZED BY PERU
Washington, Jume 18. It is announced that the l'Qruviau Government has seized tho German ships interned nt Callao, totalling 50,000 tons, and including scveial passenger steam-ers.—Ans.-N.Z. Cable Assn. CHILE MAYTOLLOW SUIT. (Rcc. Juno 17, 7.30 p.m.) Washington, June 15. Peru's action in seizing the German ships may he followed by Chile, which has eoventy-fivo German ships in her ports.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
