A FATAL JUMP
♦- HOSPITAL PATIENT'S VIOLENT DEATH. By Telegraph-Press Association. Dunedin, June 16. A married man named John Eeid, residing at Elm How, who was undergoing treatment for pneumonia- in hospital, suddenly jumned out of bed about 8 o'clock 'on Saturday night, pulled down the upper > half of a second-story window, and jumped through. He died about an hour later.
