Mr. Lansing, Secretary of State, common ting 011 tlie cablegrams from England, says that America has not yet been notified of Germany's plan to declare a blockade of the American coast, but such a step has been expected. .Tho Washington correspondent of the New York "Times" states that officials are not concerned by Germany's threat of a barred zone on the Atlantis coast. Tho crow of the Helena has arrived at Ymuiden. The men are indignant at tho German brutality. A submarine' fired without warning, and continued shelling whilo tho men were launching a boat. One. shell killed three, and made a holo in the boat. The submarine disappeared, leaving the fishermen to struggle for their lives for twelve hours iu a leaking boat.
