WINTER SHOW PEDIGREE CATTLE SALE

The third annual breeders' consignment sale of pedigree cattle will be held on the Showgrounds, Palmerston North, [ on Thursday, June 20, 1018, tlie third I day of the Manawatu and W.C. AVinter Show, when the Associated Auctioneers will offer on account.of leading breeders 112 head of Shorthorn, Jersey, and Friesian pedigree cattle—bulls, cows, and heifers. The entry shows a substantial increase in number" over previous years, nnd the quality should prove to be equal to' any previously offered at this annual fixture. The steady growth of this sale indicates that its inauguration was a move in the right direction by the management of the A. and P. Association, and breeders are combining to make it a permanent success. An exceptional opportunity is given 'to breeders, dairymen, and graziers to select and fill their requirements under the most favourable conditions, and all interested should not lail to visit the cattle pavilion and inspect the consignment to be offered.
