Sir,—ln Wednesday's paper I read that the Magistrate sentenced a woman as "an incorrigible rogue and vagabond." To my mind it is simply cruel , . Would it not be more charitable to call her a "woman of the unfortunate elaas"? Trusting it will not occur again,—l am, etc.,
