TO COPE WITH DEATH SENTENCES FOR TREASON. (Eec. April 15,. 0.10 a.m.) Zurich, June 13. 'The Austrian military authorities in Poland have issued a statement to the effect that it is impossible to meet all applications by tho military courts .for ha'i»inen to carry out the (loath sentences. The authorities therefore urge the commandants to secure voluntary men rather than niilignte the sentences by shooting tho contemned men.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn. REVOLUTIONARY SPIRIT WIDESPREAD. (Rec. The United Press correspondent at Stockholm says: "Austrian newspaper correspondents have told me that tho food prices and fond scarcity are- most serious in Austro-llunpary.
