By Telegraph.-Prws Association. Hamilton, June IS. In the Supreme Court, Alfred R«ed, a young man, was charged with indecent assault on a boy. The jury disagreed, but on a second trial the accueed. was found guilty, and sentenced to five years' reformative treatment. Peter Ta-ir'a, a Maori, charged with stealing and receiving, was sentenced to two years' reformative treatment. Henry Simpeon, a Maori, charged with forgery and uttering at Eotorua, received a sentence of two years' reformative treatment.
