ASSOCIATION
THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
The Management Committee of the Wollinyton Football Association met; last evening. There were present: Messrs. A. Wells (chairman), B. Hill. C. Ward, H. Yeoman, W. Auld, A. "Williams, C. Webster, and Smith.
A letter was received from the City Council agreeing to two matches being played cn the city reserves, the season to finish on the first Saturday in September.
In reply to a letter sent: to the liugbv TJnion the secretary of the union wrote stating that at the last moment Messrs. Weir and Hornig wore unable to be present at the deputation to the Citv Council.
A letter was received from the Scatoun Football Club asking that the association supply goalposts and crossbar. This Was agreed to. i
The chairman reported that after secing the Porirua officials last Saturday the question of playing two mutches at the latter place was (satisfactorily fixed up. The match Y.M.C.A. v. Porirua (Fifth Grade), was ordered to be replaved if necessary.
A transfer was granted to F. Ledger from the Island Bay Club lo Y.M.C.A.
A request from Porirua that their Fifth A team be Riven a bye on Saturday, June 21 so l.hat they might travel to Otal;i to play the Native College, was granted.
St;. Thomas were transferrad from Sixth A to .Sixth B, and Wadcstown were transferved from Fourth A to Fouith B, the effect to t iiko place as from June 22.
