KXGLDSH PIERROTS., ' The programme provided nightly by the English Pierrots at the Town Hal! Concert Chamber is of a bright and sparkling character. All the members of the company have something clever to contribute, and every item they present gives unbounded pleasure. The vocalists all po* sess good voices, and their selecting of numbers is invariably choice and pleasing. There -will be a change of programme tonight. KING'S THEATRE. Ethel Clayton plays the leading part most effectively. The second attraction is a very fine film, showing the King's visit to the Grand Fleet. EVERYBODY'S THEATRE. Tii "Limonsine Life." now hcins screened at Everybody's Theatre, some, of the dresses shown are superb. The heroine of tho drama is Olive Thomas, who makes the best use of her opportunities. 'It is a merry film story, and will live long lin the memory of those who eer it. In ! addition is shown the second episode of | "The "Mystery of the Double Cross, ! entitled "The Masked -Stranger." I Impress theatre. Nell Shipman is winning many admirers by her performance in the Vitagmnh drama. "The Wild Strain." now showing at the Empress Theatro. The story is m*y interesting, and contains some delightful humour, together with a full supply t of thrills Icadiug no to a most exciting finish. "A Trip Through Japan" is also shown. "THE BOHEMIAS GIRL." The booking for Balfe's grand opera. "The Bohemian Girl," which is _to 1)6 performed at the Town Hall to-night is. very heavy. The opera is to be performed by the Royal Ohoral Union, with * chorus and orchestra of 250 performers, under the baton of Mr. Piobert Parker. Last evening the society chorus and orchestra went through the opera. Their regard to the finer points of music short , that Mr. Parker's coaching has given j them an artistic conception of the grea i work, and it is little wonder that the conductor expressed satisfaction it- the excellence of the rehearsal. soloists will include Miss Helen Gard'ner, of Dimedin; Mr. Ernest Drake, of Auckland; Mrs*. A. E. Purge, and Mefsrs. Oh?.g. Moore and Ben O'Connor. The box plan? "will remain open at the Bristol till 5 Vclork to-night, where ss. and 3s. tickets -can be reserved.
