HIGH COMMISSIONER'S MARKET REPORT
The Deoartment of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce has received the following cablegram; dated' London, June 8, from the High .Commissioner for .New Zealand:— ■ Meat.—Conditions are unchanged. Supplies consist of 85 per cent, imported. Butter—Market and prices are without change. Cheese— Demand is in excess of supply. English, small supplies coming forward. • Hemp.—Manila, low grades are scarce. Output in four weeks ended May 25, 131.000 bales. New Zealand, market quiet anil small'business doing. Freight is scarce. Wheat and Oats. Government small, no change in prices.
