RECONQUEST OF RUSSIA FOR THE ALLIES (Rec. June 10, 11.55, p.m.) London, June 9. Sir. Harold AVilliams, in an article, says that although ; liussia has gone out of the war, she yet in a very real sense remains. "We shall have made our sacrifices in vain unless ive find some solution of tho new and vaster Russian problem. The Americans may pour in millions on the Western front, we miiy rout the Germans, but apart from tho reconquest of Russia for tho Allied cause, we cannot win'the world war. Germau ambition is aflame with a new dream pt the East, and the Kaiser ia hastily gathering in the Tear's heritage, with all its inexhaustible resources of the Eurasian plain. Russia lias no Government at present. Bolshevism is not a Government, but nn inhibition, a form of paralysis."—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
