Tlio drawing continued throughout the day, and will bo . completed to-day. Tho names of the selected men, 10,000 in number, are. expected to be published in Gazette Extraordinary on Tuesday next. Tho ballot is being conducted under the supervision of Mr. S. E. M'Carthy, S.M. The Mayor, of Wellington (Mr. S. I*. Luke, M.i'.) attended yesterday morning, ami Mr. M. .T.
