The German sj>y system is so elaborato that it is freely stilted that before tho hospital ships sailed with tho British delegation, who were coining on board the Konigin Regcntes, the arrangements were changed at tho last moment. • Tho Sindoro was within 501! jyards when tho Konigin Regcntes was sunk, "ho ship's carpenter declares he saw a torpedo coming.
