The Central News Agency reports:"People arriving in Switzerland from Vienna stato that the impression is prevalent in Vienna that Austria is likely to undergo tho same experiences as Russia. A rebellious spirit is growiiig ovcrywhere, for political and economic! reasons. There liavo been innumerable attempts recently against military works, especially in Dalmatia and Croatia. Hungarian patrols in Bosnia woro massacred, and railways have been torn up. Tho present immobility of tho Austrian Army is duo to the iiitornal insecurity.
