The TVairarapa Farmers' Co-operative Association, Limited (Stonk Department) report on their l'lihiatna weekly Btock sale, held on Tuesday last, at the Farmers' yardn, «s follows:—We offered »■ largo yurdiug of sheep and a, fair yarding of cattle to a representative attendance of those interested. Our yarding connisfed principally of lambs, of which <i number tr.mo forward iu excess of tlioso advertised. A nico lino of well-grown lambs' Fold on account of Mr. N. Avery topped the market at 265. Id. Other lines were well competed for and made very satisfactory figures. In cattle we offered and cold a nice line of 18-month to 25-yoar Hereford cross steers, on account of Mr. T. M. Gregprie, prices being £10 Us. and £13 respectively. We also offered a nice line o£ Hereford calves on account of Mr. V. Vf. Groves, these being passed in »t £7 155., failing to find a purchaser at the reserve. \Vo effected the following sales:— 191 shorn lambs (very good), 265.
