Mr. Jasper Clark seconded the motion. ; Mr. Begg opposed 'clause (b), and eug- ' gested that it be etruck out, the folj lowing to replace it: "That the Domin- ' ion Executive be asked to consider what j methods can be suggested by which the j whole output of New Zealand merit could i bo disposed of in England by single i control." ■ ' .Mr. Christie said the problem was a I ' most difficult one. The only solution, to ; tie mind, was an arrangement between ; the New Zealand and the Imperial Governments. ■ . ■ !
