SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY
, « Miss Nellie Castles was responsible for the concert at the Sailors' Friend Society on Tuesday. The items rendered by all the performers were most enjoyable, and earned encores. Tilvose who assisted were-the Misses N. Castle. M. Newman, SI. Castle, Hornblow. Greeneido, Marion Newman, and Messrs. Bry-ant,-.Tabor, Dowler, and I Taylor. The trios were a feature of the evening. Miss ' 6. Bellworthy was at the piano. Mr. Moore, miesioner, presided, and lie also snoko'ou "Tit-bits That Help." Pledgee followed. It was announced that on Tuesday next Mr. R. Dnrroeh will give his pop'ular lecture on "The Navy."
